I agree a slow fall is the best . fished from the bank mostly on the east side . stand in the parking lot and watch where the water breaks and changes maybe a swirl . cork and a jig has been the demise of many a hundred by me . Just ain't got patience for that crowd any more . I was as bad or worse than any of them . never was ugly first but never back down either . That is what they should call the welfare hole .lol
Renamed to the Obama hole

Can barely see through the cam lens anymore. What's the water edge up to now?
Just looked at it's at 30.23. So that's about a 2 foot rise in 24 hours. Shes a rollin
Just checked the Mississippi River and it's about the same. 2 foot rise a day. It's at 24 foot right now, 26 in the morning and it'll be at 28 Saturday
So you can fish the trees a chotard and be in the limbs .
Would like to see a pic of where the water line is. Haven't fished it much and don't know where it is at what levels. I'm moving to Ridgeland in two weeks so I reckon I'll be fishing the Rez fairly often.
