I like the looks of that breading Neon, What is it,or how did you make it? It looks nice and light.

It's Zatarans. I've had better, but then again the box said it was for pan-frying, and I deep fried these. I'll give in another shot in the pan before passing judgment. I know a lot of people like it. I've yet to find anything I like better then Fryin' Magic, but the Louisiana is the next best I'd tried so far.
