My oldest daughter got me one for christmas, and I think Im gonna love it. I do have a question, having never fished with a bottom real set-up. My reel seat is offset by about 15 degrees from the eyes on the pole. This is not as it should be, is it? I have never seen a pole that the reel and eyes dont line up.Do any of you guys have one that is different? I can return to Bass Pro Shop if this is a flawed pole.

I got one. I will check tomorrow, but pretty sure they line up. You will love that pole. It is very light and sensitive, A little tap feels like a jolt of lightnin

All should be in line with reel seat and eyes. Take it back to be replaced.

Yeah, it is two piece, but there are a pair of eyes on the lower section, and the reel seat at about 165 degrees when eyes are at 180 degrees. And I do not think the reel seat is adjustable, at least if it is it is to complicated for this boy.
You need to return that sucker for a new one for sure!
