    Default One of my favorites


    Every Christmas my mom orders me a fresh smoked Alaskan salmon. Cracker, cream cheese, salmon, hot sauce, and a couple of capers on top. Washed down with a nice strong cocktail.

    That stuff is delicious! I have to have a routine fix. So, I go to Costco, buy steelhead, brine-it, then toss it in the smoker for two hours...meal served. You just made me hungry
