Cornbread all the way...but I do use a couple slices of yankee bread and a sleeve of ritz crackers in mine.
Hey Wilbur- Ain't nothin wrong with Yankee stuffin! No knock on the cornbread stuffin, it's great too!
Cornbread=Dressing
Bread=Stuffing
I'm a cornbread dressing guy all the way. The ritz crackers sounds like a good idea.
