Have any of you guys or gals ever cooked a whole prime rib? Gonna do one sometime after Christmas. Gonna do it in the oven, so no smoker or grill recipes please.

P.S. I ate a smoked prime rib once down at Anthony's in West Point that was wonderful. The last time we went there a couple months ago, they didn't have it on the menu anymore for some reason.
