Being from south La. I say quit wasting the crab boil on gewbers. Crawfish, crabs, shrimp,potatoes,corn, mushrooms are quite okay. If you plan on drinking Bud you can also boil hot dogs, cauliflower and even brats for the yankees. Yes I've eaten them all and the only one I didn't like was the gewbers. Also if you want to go crazy, wrap some crappie filets in cheesecloth and boil that till it just about is ready to fall apart. Sha dat's some kinda good yeah! Okay people from elsewhere, my lesson is done. Thank me by inviting me to your next boil of anything but gewbers.
