    i will try it slimey but the thong no way i put one of them on backwards one time and walked around in circles for an hour

    Another trick I use. Get some of those sore muscle heat pads that have the sticky stuff on them. Stick one over your kidneys and another over you heart. They help warm your blood. They last about 8 hours. Warm blood pumping through your veins makes a huge difference!!

    These are some very interesting tips on keeping warm. I had never thought about the hand warmers in your drawers. I have used the larger, feet warmers in my boots tho. They make my feet really uncomfortable tho. Now I use virgin wool socks. On my feet of course. Lol
