Last year in early March i fell in on Pickwick lake. Water was 53 degrees. Luckly i had an extra pare of pants and a sweetshirt with me. Keep something in the boat in case you fall in.

Here is what i found to keep my head warm when really cold out. Liner for welding helmet.

That is a great idea, looks real warm all the way down the neck...

Yep Gene, that thing will make your head sweet if it aint cold enough and keeps wind off neck and chin.

U outta have a couple of those liners laying around gene after the last trip to ur man cave.

try using surgical gloves under your jersey pair to keep hands dry. works for me. kinda hard to swim with lots of rags on. best to stay in boat in the winter.
