Sit down Donnie...it ain't your turn.

Back a little ways, I decided I wanted a hand control motor for my little Jon boat so I set about figuring out which one and at what price. Well, I narrowed it down to a MK Endura Max 55# 42" shaft. Btw, they added the "max" with digital maximizer and variable speed to the Endura line of motor which is just below the Maxxum line, but they upgraded the mount to the ones on their newer Traxxis line making the Endura Max a good value.

Anywho, I set about my epic journey to find the rock bottom price as I'm prone to do because of my, ahem, cost conscious ways, and I found it to boot. Beating out the closest competitor by some $35.

As I normally do, I stewed over it for a day or two since I didn't know that web based seller and couldn't find much out about em.

On a lark, I stopped by BBG marine's site and danged if they didn't have it listed. No small feat in itself since its new by MK and a full half of the companies out their have not updated their sites for it. And lookie there, they were now the 2nd best price I'd found. I decided to shoot Brian an email and just check to see if there was a c.c discount. Unfortunately, that promotion had lapsed, but he asked my price and offered to match it and do free shipping. Hot dang! Placed my order at 8pm that night and low and behold I had the motor in 2 days.

Felt a lot better getting it from somebody I know, for sure. And ole Brian worked overtime on my little $280 purchase.

If y'all in the market fer sumpn for Christmas, give Santa Brian @ BBG Marine a shot to earn your business.
