It taste like cough medicine. Not the most tasty thing you ever will drink. I can say I have not missed a day of of work in 7 years. A few shots before supper works for me. They gave this to wounded soldiers in the civil war. All 5 of my family members getting sick during the winter time. Not me, I'm a believer, not to mention it makes for a good nights rest. As long as you shut yourself off after a couple shots. I have been known to ignore this rule and pay the price the next day at work. A diffrent kind of not feeling good not the flu. Wash the shots down with a couple of beers. Eat a good supper and, night, night.
