Is there a Lowe's in Grenada?

I was an HVAC guy all my life so I know a little about that, but regardless, the freezer (chest) was upright 100% of the time.

Thanks Donnie, but if I accepted your offer (which I appreciate), when I returned the POS I bought, they'd likely want to give me in-store-credit as opposed to a refund. Now I ain't knockin' your State, but I'm not interested in seeing how nice the jail is on the inside. This way they can exchange it and if they don't have one, they'll play h-e-double hockey sticks getting me to accept a store credit.

I'll just return it on the way back to Sardis. I'm calling them today and telling them they ought to deliver one to me since I've had $200 worth of Prime Rib and Fillets spoil in it :Rofl (Not really but I am asking about delivery)

Just got off the phone with the Lowes Store, said they'd deliver me one and exchange it.....on the 17th. I told them I'd just buy one in Grenada and return this one for a refund (which wouldn't be a store credit, they'd credit it back to my card). I find it hard to believe they wouldn't put one in the back of a pick-up and have a guy run it down here to keep a customer happy, but I guess that's not a concern of theirs.

You've forgotten what you are dealing with Neon. Keeping one customer happy and good common sense is not top priority in the big box corporate world.

I know, but as long as its been that way, I still have trouble getting used to it, I'm old enough to remember when it wasn't like that.

Going to ride into Grenada with one of the real nice couples who Host here. He called Sears, they have one, but stopping by SprawlMart 1st, just to see what they have, I want to look at a cell phone anyway, plus they need to stop for Prescriptions as well.

Be nice to get both a working freezer and cell phone, but right now I'd settle on just the freezer. Guy just left with the wood stove, so at least it's out of the way.

Charlie and I just got back from town, scored on the Freezer (SprawlMart carries them, 5 cu ft for $165), and got to grab a couple other things I needed while there. About had to fight Charlie to let me buy his lunch, I ducked-into the place while he was talking to his wife on the phone and make the girl at the counter promise not to take his money, he still tried though.

Now when I go back North and stop at Lowes (to tell them to stuff their junk) I can also stop and buy some extra meat (and ice cream!) to put in the freezer, be nice to have. Looks odd with the wood stove gone and the freezer in it's place.
