Still don't know exactly what or when they're going to fix dad up bit I can say he's getting grouchy. The leg and foot pain is almost unbearable for him. Thanks again for all the prayers. Keep em coming

Well today It took me until 4 oclock to get in touch with my dad. They sent him to ICU this morning due to fluid build up from the MRI and he was having a hard time breathing (that was why he was so grouchy yesterday (at least partly) ) He was back in his room at 4 and sounded pretty good. Even as bad as he felt last night he still watch the Bama game:) From what I understand they should do the bypass on his leg Tuesday--should know tomorrow as they usually will let everyone know the day before. He's good with where he is at--he told me that he is ready to go--said per the bible he gets 75 years--so I told him he has two more to go then:) He said if something does happen just tell the doc he did a good job and you know where I'll be:) Got to love it.

Thanks to all. Not going to be able to do the surgery just yet. He's still having problems with fluid build up. Its either from the MRI dye or they don't have his dialysis fluid correct. Hopefully they will get it under control soon.

All the prayers are greatly appreciated. Dad got out of the surgery today about 4 30. Doc said surgery went fine but-----
I finally talked with the ICU and got the number to contact ANY tome I need. ICU nurse said his pulse is good, his BP is coming up, and they will try to get him off the respirator once they are finished with the dialysis. He is responsive and alert so thar is good. The bypassed all the main arteries for his limbs and if all goes to plan will be mobile again. He will be in ICU for a couple of days. Thanks again and keep the train going:)

Father please give the surgeons and medical staff looking after K1's dad the wisdom and foresight to do your will. You are the "Great Physician" and I pray that you would bring his dad back to full health. I pray that his family and friends will feel the peace that only comes from you Lord.

Sad report. Just got a message from Kdavid. He's on his way to his dads' side. Doesn't appear he's going to make it. Mike said that his dad was ready to go home. Safe travels, Mike. May God give you peace and understanding.
Dang it, I sure hate to hear that. Hope the good lord will help comfort Mikes dad and family during this time. Still praying!
