I need to lift my boat off of the trailer to do some work to it.
What's the best way? I need the boat handy for sizing.
I was thinking of a couple of A frame hoist.
I want to make my runners longer, so some welding will be needed there. Some longer fender runners too, some welding there too.

I'll be taking the floor out of the boat to add larger wire to the front. That 14 gauge wire to the trolling motor and fish finder is hurting.
