Hmm.. I got 2 fillet minions,1/2 a dozen left over oysters,,1 lb of jumbo shrimp, what's a feller to do? Oyster stuffed fillets with shrimp scampi pasta. First I cut a pouch in the fillet and stuffed my oysters in, then pegged the hole with a toothpic grilled them on natural lump charcoal then did the shrimp in a cast iron skillet directly on the coals as my fire was getting low by then.
