Kinda Disappointed

I have emailed Ozark Rods about the pole I had break, havent heard a word from them and sent the email twice. I know they are good rods and all but if you cant get a response when you have a question then like it is said very often on here, only as good as your customer service. I am not even asking for them to GIVE me anything, ask to BUY a midsection if at all possible. NO RESPONSE!!!!!!

They're a smaller company. They will reply, but they don't have 10 people answering their phone and stuff. Its just Tony and his helper, who don't do nothing but take orders and ship. Call me if ya need more help. I know I can get yer problem solved. I have plenty of their rods in stock if ya need more.
