Default It Aint All About Fishing

Friday morning the wifey decided she wanted to go fishing after lunch, let it warm up she said. Well you guys know how it is when moma speaks you listen. Eat lunch and head to the lake getting on the water about 2 or so.
New to the spider rigging myself I am trying to get her interested in it as well, she loves the outdoors (as long as it's warm) and enjoying nature. We had a good outing concidering I wasnt ON any fish and had to start from scratch so to speak.
Set the boat down after about a 10 minute ride and pull into an area that I had been wanting to look at just had not had the chance. 13 foot of water was good for me, been catching in about 8 or so the last time I had been so by the time we get set up ought to be getting close.
Trolling motor deployed we start to get the rods set out, before we can get the 4th pole set out we got a fish on. Look at wifey and tell her "That's a good sign". Well we found some fesh a little deeper than what they had been but they were there, she was funny trying to get the hook set down but I dared not laugh at her, that wouldnt be good.
She spent a good bit of time taking pictures of the Fall colors, shadows, one very cool action shot of a crappie coming out of the water while I was pulling it in, and the sunset. We managed 10 but the most important part was the time we spent together on the water and she had fun. I went back Saturday morning and got 19 before the wind blew me off the lake 1 short of a limit.
Hope yall enjoy the pics as much as we enjoyed being out there taking em. I did get a couple of pics of the sunrise Saturday morning.

I'm glad you and Ms Tammy had some quality time. Did y'all have the dogs with you too?

No, they did go Saturday with me but left em at home Friday.
Major, it works great. Used an old TM mount, even put the power cord on cig lighter plug and mounted cig lighters on the front of both boats.
