Im sure it can but who is the question. I saw some shows on tv bout this and I am pretty sure it can be fixed, just finding out who to take it to or ship it to will be the question

I saw a show also about that and want to say I saw something a year or so ago about a guy in Memphis that built and repaired them.

use to be a place in jackson ms by the name of signs, inc. don't know if they can do small stuff or not. had some repaired for a store one time down there.
