in the radio ? Drove my truck tonight for the first time since buying and notice that only the clock lights up, none of the buttons do. Not a big deal but if its not to big of job to pull radio and replace the bulbs, I might try it. Its a 2000 model Z71 4x4

might be able to find a working unit at a salvage yard for a decent price. Swapping it out should not be too much trouble, a few screws and a couple plug connectors on the back.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Larry, if you take it out and unplug it, it will not work again until you take it to a dealer along with your registration and have it reactivated. It has theft lock built into it.
