    Default Crappie Masters Championship Turrnout

Looks like the Classic had a very low turnout this year, especially being held in Mississippi. That circuit has gotten very expensive to fish. Colunbus Tourism was expecting 250 boats. May have gotten half of that, maybe. CM gonna have to make some big changes to keep it afloat.

I understood cm only had to produce 100 boats to not have to pay tourism any money back and they had 148 entries.

148 is the number I heard also. Should be a better turn out at Grenada next year. I think it was only the second trip down there for Crappie Masters which hurts them when not many teams had fished it before. That won't be the case next year. But with high entry fees and cost of gas for people to travel to them plus lodging and meals during pre-fishing and throughout the tournament it makes it tougher and tougher for the average guy.
