That's what I do too G3T...release all my fish except for one.

I'm not really trying to harp on this subject. I just wanted to clarify. I think people are posting and might be looking at two different pictures when they type.

G3, livewell had nothing to do with it, these fish are darker coming out of the water and a light colored one is very rare on this lake. Wonder if they could be some kinda hybrid that was stocked in this lake. They fight different as well, most of the time a white on grenada comes to the top easy and very unusual they get in another line, these seem to be more agressive.
Anyway, they are sho some purty feshes and will eat good.
Crappie change color depending on environment. I've kept them in an aquarium and they can change color pretty fast too. I still say they're all whites in your pic rees, and I agree with G3t, the one might just be a different gender.
I am not doubting yall Slab, yall know far more about the subject than I do. This lake down here is so clear and I dont fesh that kinda water very often, Grenada never clears up.
