Hey DD....just stay there and get a in the ground pool installed.....be a lot cheaper than buying another house probably. You should be able to get a pool on sale this time of year.

Grass gets to high and they'll come cut it and send you a $200 bill. Can't park my boat where I wanna and alot more crap. We're going to look at this one Sunday. Sittin on an acre with a small pond. Think it's about 60 foot by 150 foot. Be great for the grand kids

Thats some good reasons for sure. I live out in the country and really like it. Got a 3/4 acre pond behind my house.

I'm liking it the most so far but I ain;t seen it in person YET. It's only 3 minutes from the ramp at the store on 471, 8 miles form Tommys and about 5 -6 from Pelahatchie Shore landing
