    Default Success using 12'ers

Just curious if anyone has had any success spider rigging with 12'ers. I was thinking about goin to 16'ers, but was wondering if it would make that much difference as I already have 8 12' PST's.

I really liked the Ozark 16'ers that i used while fishing with BRM and just wondering if its worth the hassle of switching everything over?

    Any information/comments are greatly appreciated.

I used 12's for years, caught thousands of fish on them. Longer poles give ya a little extra width to your spread and distance from the TM. If you aren't going to be competing, don't worry. If you plan on doing a bunch of tourney fishin', could help to have the longer poles.

All I use is 12' rods. What makes a big difference is how far back the rod holders mounted. Mine are to the front, so consider where your holders are.
