    They are pulling water at Sardis, prolly will open Grenada next week. Ought to help the fishing with a little current.

    Cant believe they are gonna start drainin them when they are already BELOW rule curve!

    Sardis at Curve Sat, thats why they turned em on and Grenada will be at curve next week. I am really surprised that with the MS river so low that they waited on the curve. Must not be enuff rise in the big river to make a difference under these circumstances or they would have.

    From what I could understand in Sunday's paper they gonna open em all soon as they hit winter pool level. Makes no sense to me when they could still hold some water and not be able to dump all they need to low as the big river is. What little is gona come out of the lakes ain't gonna help nothing at this point.

    A few years ago, COE guy in Vicksburg told me that dumping all four lakes wide open would be like spitting in the Mississippi River, not enough difference in water flow to even measure.
