This is just a stupid thought I'm thinking out loud. Ain't this whole board just for fun? Don't most of us come on here for the simple fact that we can be goofy, share some fish stories, and just have a good time. I've made a bunch of friends off this place but still, it's a freakin web page. Why all of a sudden the need for seriousness and acting proper? If I wanted that I could go to half a million other places besides this one. I'll be the first to admit that things have gotten out of hand but really what is the big deal?? Some act like this place is holy or everyone just needs to calm down and hug. I just don't get it at all, it's a freakin web page!!! Why y'all acting so serious? I can understand slab keeping everything kosher on here cause its the way he pays his bills, but for the rest please take a sit back and evaluate what you are really pissed about. Please someone explain cause I just can't fathom why some on here do what they do??

Slimey, all the good natured ribbing and poking is great. The problem starts when people start attacking one another on a personal basis. Look at wannabe and dondon, they poke and stick with the best of them but they don't get personal.

just for the record, i ain't peaved at anyone on here. I agree with A Lot of what you saying slimey. Most of us southern folks and Mississipians in particular, have a great sense of humor. Whether it's directed at each other, or our ownselves most all of it is in good natured fun. I know it gets out of hand every now and then but for the most part no harm is meant. There is not a single person on here that i would not sit down and have a cold one with, i would after that decide if i care to associate with you anymore as on-line personas can be totally different than real life ones. By the way if you have a personal vendetta against someone, keep it to yourself.
