    MOST will let you look at their listings but some want your name, email, phone numbers and a couple other things just so you can see their listings. Needless to say, I ain;t giving that info out. They'll call and bug the crap out of you. Did that one time and the old boy still ain;t got my search right. I told him 150,000-200,000 with a pool on the property. Seems I get 175,000-225,000 and anything with a pool. They put houses with neighborhood pools in the mix as well. NOT what I asked him

    Best to just take time and ride around and look your self. Most people will let you at least look outside and if you like it then set an app for full tour....

    I don't give my number to no salesman til it's time to do the deal. I messed up and gave it to a car lot one time and I think every swinging gewber in the place called me. I finally asked to speak to the general manager and told em I'd never buy a vehicle from them. And I ain't.

    I made that same mistake about a year ago minner. Went WAAAAAYYY across town and bought my GMC at another dealership because of it.

    We got a boat dealer around this part of the world that's almost as bad. I went in his shop the other day lookin fer a prop and it took him an hour to tell me he didn't have one but would
    Be glad to order it. Wanted my number in case he got one in. He didn't get it either. So it ain't jus real estate agents or car dealers.

    All i did was call the reaktor n ask for some more pics of a certain house after going on their website n next thing i know im getting daily emails. Since then ive found the website to search the mls. Were taking our rime right now til we get ours ready. Akmost ready for new carpet n redoing the hardwood floors.

    Whats sad/funny is they get 6-8% of the sale n if its a $200000 home thats 12-16 grand but they whine like crazy when we charge them $300 for a closing survey on the house. Might need to raise my prices cause we aint making anything on them. Takes bout 2-2 1/2 hours of field crew time plus a couple hours to draw.the.plat. shoukd be charging bout $400 but other.surveyors are chargin% what we charge now just to have work. Works so.slow folks are undercutting each.other.to.keep the doors open
