I have a 22, 38, a pair of 357, 9m and a 40. I reload, I can shot any of the guns cheaper than a box of 22's cost. Or there about. I haven't yet bought a factory round except for 22s.
Just bought a Ruger SR 22 and have shoot about 100 rds thru it and very happy with it. Mainly just trying to get the sights close, was shooting low, fixed that I think. I'm not a gun guy, always rather fish but wanted a gun that was cheap to shoot, not my 357. It was not a high $ gun, another thing I wanted being retired. Had lots of good reviews, couple of bad ones too, main thing I liked was most folk said it would shoot almost all ammo without a hiccup. Been shooting bulk ammo I got at WM, so far good to go. Fun and cheap to shoot, makes me want to get rid of my bedside 357 and get a SR9c.
