We were fishing Enid once with some of my dads co-workers from Sears when 2 of them in a Ranger running flat out hit a log that was water logged and barely under the surface. It threw both of them out and just about all their tackle. They both had on vests, thank God, but no kill switch. That boat almost ran over one of them when it started going in a circle. Luckly when the one driving was going out, he hit the throttle and slowed it to a idle almost, or there's no telling where that boat might have ended up!Some of the others that were following them were able to save them and get the boat stopped! A kill switch is a life saver and ought to be a law!!!

Don't know if an inflatable belt would work for me, Scott. I'm afraid that, with by thick(fat) belly, it would slide down around my feet. Never was too good about breathing through my feet.
