I did ac work as part of my maint. job for or 25 years. The friend is super low and needs to restock. He'll buy a truck load today.
Leak: If the guy I rent from wants it fixed, I will.

If its r22 landlord got to fix it.I had 5 rental propeties for 30 yrs if i got a call i fixed it.

Mr. Jim, do you have a bottle of the red dye? I looked for mine but to many containers in storage. I checked at the 2 stores close by, they don't sell it.

Looks to me like it would be the landlords responsibility to get it fixed
