    What a beautiful thing to see my 14 yr old do maintenance on my JD mower and mow the yard right now! He is really proud and so am I!

    haha...i am sure he would have fun but you might have ruts and scalped areas all over the place.

    I've got a jd345 that's bout 10 years old that I just got off of that you just bout have to work on every time you wanna cut grass that he is welcome to come ride and fix every week! When I get Home from fixing stuff all day I don't like to come home and fix on stuff!

    This is true. Bought a LX188 about 15 years ago and ain't looked back. The JD's are some good stuff.


    Gotta be proud of a teenager maintaining anything.

    Been cuttin my 2 acres with a 21" mower, all summer. My kids ain't real enthused 'bout grass cuttin no more!
