They will pull a load on it for about an hour to see if it needs charging or has a bad cell. Then they will scan the bar code sticker and that's where you will get the warranty info. If it sounds like experience that's because it is!

At one time the Walmart and Super Walmart here where I lived started selling (rather trying to sell:rolleyes:) batteries without any warranty (and nothing was wrote on the batteries saying they had a warranty), but after awhile the warranty went back on the batteries. I guess they werent selling any. On the Maxx Marine batteries the warranty is wrote on the batteries (18 mos free replacement). March '11 sounds like you're covered with no questions asked.Thumbs Up
