Well the spillway at Butla is barely open and the lake is on the rise! There were a few boats that launched at Dubb Patton and a huge ski boat that came out while I was at Bayou Point. He said he had no trouble.Didn't see anyone at Kelley's Crossing! The pics I took close to the walls of the spillway where the trash and a eddie current were, there was some kind of fish sitting in that slack water and trying to catch something in the faster water. almost looked like bass. Some had to be at least 5 lbs.Right where the trash was acumulated on both sides of the spillwaywhere the fast water was coming out. They weren't gar. The gar were piled up behind the teeth along with the turtles.

I've walked in the pool, where it gets wide picking up sinkers. The first part of the channel, the water didn't cover the rocks. But the equipment is old, may not can close it anymore than that now.
