There's more stuff on dry banks than you can shake a stick at... Some needs to be moved out where it will fishable even in low water years..

Been some talk of doing something like the guys and gals are doing at Butla down here at Enid and Grenada. By the way guys and gals, what yall are doing is awesome, thanks.
I think we should start staging some stuff to put out in these lakes. Unless someone has a place closer I have 60 acres on 330 just up from Gums Crossing we can stage stuff at, we are gonna need a place around Enid as well.
Dead and weathered stuff attracts better to me. Let's here some ideas and if someone wants the reigns take em, I just started the thread as to not jumble up the Butla thread. Also, we can use trucks in these bottoms which will help some long as we dont stick em.![]()

Stuff thats already stationary needs to stay put but any loose stuff would be good for sure. Not much loose on the Scuna side of Grenada, been burnt for campfires.banghead

I'll start cutting boo soon. A truck load at a time. Bundle the stakes and tops, borrow a trailer and haul it to your place later for prepping. But can't wait to long, will be dropping leaves on the highway if dried out. Plan a prep day at your place. The place Big H found has plenty and the guy wants it all gone. Butla won't miss that much. I found a place north of Water Valley that we can get a few loads too. The work center, you talked about, we can cut and leave it long for mats.
I will plan on helping out on these just let me know the work week-ends are gonna be so I can schedule them. I got a truck and 10' trailer to take in the lake bottom at Grenada only. I do not think the truck could make the road trip to Enid.
I think I should mention that anything placed on Grenada is likely to be burnt up or get run over by the masses on Sunday afternoon. Just sayin'

Im in. Just let me know when. I could probably come up with a four wheel drive and a big trailer or two.
Rees not sure what Nada gets down to in winter but Enid usually gets to 232 or in that vicinity(sometimes under 230).... If we wait til then We can really get some stuff out for these low water years
