was talking with a friend today, discussing crappie fishing on our reservoirs. we started talking about limits, etc. then, we talked about low water and the rule curve. he mentioned something i've never thought of before............about the corps raising the rule curve for the reservoirs one for each year, that is one year keeping grenada 5-10 ft. over present rule curve, next year enid, the next sardis, etc. and keep alternating evey year to provide decent spawns. this way, you could release more water, if need be, because they eventually drain down the same river system. what do ya'll think?
