We have averaged 3 inches of rain per month for the last 6 months with 2.7 in May and 1.3 in June, only the Good Lord Himself can help the big four during years like this, no amount of training in the world would have these lakes any higher than where they are.
I know the rule curve arguement but it carries little weight when the purpose of these lakes comes into the picture. If yoiu added 7 feet to the winter rule curve of Grenada it would have gone over the emergency spillway 7 or 8 times in its history instead of 3.

Sure it has, the folks in the campers there beside the ramp are using it for boat storage and we used the pavillion to cook fish before the FJ!!!
