    Holic was banned permanently twice for breaking the rules of the site (he was also warned and temp banned numerous times). If I let him back in now the rules of the site would have no meaning whatsoever. Sorry, I can't do that.

    BTW, petitioning to bring back banned members is also against the rules agreed to by all members when they joined the site. Please, let a sleeping dog lie.
