Size: 40.1 KB i usually fillet my catch but when i did these i left a little extra meat on the bone. Thawed them out tonite and had myself a little feast, nothing but fish, crystal hot sauce, and ketchup.

Never seent a fish cleaned like that. We always just cot the head off and split em from the piehole up to get the guts out. Looks like you got most of the ribs out to.

I LOVE 'em on the bone but usually just too lazy to go to the trouble of cleaning 'em that way. Looks VERY GOOD though. Maybe I'll keep another mess to scale soon.Thumbs Up
