I can't find any literature on the return policy. One of my 3 (101 terova) has crapped out on me. I bought them last April, and they've probably been charged 25 times. When I say it crapped out, I mean my TM had no problem pulling cranks all day with juice left to burn. Then last weekend the TM wasn't running nearly as fast (only 24 volts) out of no where. I hooked all three to a manual charger one by one until I found one that only registers 3 volts whereas the others are hitting on 12-13. I still have the receipt and it mentions proof of battery purchase date, but doensn't mention how long the warranty is good for. I remember when trying to decide where to buy my batteries, a few folks mentioning mentioning the great return policy. Anybody know if I'm hosed?

TOO MANY IDIOTS TO FEW BULLETS
Think it depends on what battery you have. The Maxx's are 18 months and the reg. everstart marine's are 12 months. If Im not mistaking
Just take it back. They will probably honor. You might have a label on the battery that was punched out showing date purchased. Let us know how u come out.
You live a mile from Walmart, just return it and they will give you a new one.Now go gewber.
Battery has 3/11 and receipt is end of March. I've got it pulled out and ready to do battle at 7:00AM. It is a Maxx Marine. Was the biggest and badestest they had. Now it's just bad

Don't show the receipt at first. The sticker on the battery dont mean much. When your there look at the dates on the new batteries, try to get the one with latest date.
Found a lot of blogs saying NO warranty, and others saying 18 months on the Maxx. We shall see
