The union recruits and organizes every day... Just got two people in myself.... And why should a US citizens work for what they do.. do we need to lower our standards... Go fish from the bank with a cane pole and move into a house with 20 of your coworkers...

Actually they fish from the bank wit hline around a coke bottle . Hold the line in there hand .
I was brought up to werk for what I have. Not ride the coattail of the guberment. I was laid off in the early 90's and before my guberment handout was exhausted, I had another job. As for the union, it had its place, hmmmm say back in the 40's and 50's. I worked at a union plant before I took this job I have now. When I hired in, I was above the union pay rate. I was approached by union reps about joining their great union. So I asked around and then got one of their rules books, which also showed their pay scale. Ifn I had of joined the union, I'd of lost about $3 and hour and then still would've had to pay dues. I finally told em if I got mad enough to tell management to kiss my tail, I didn't wanna hafta pay them to do it. I'd do it myself, fer free. When I quit that job, I was making about $5 an hour more than the union pay scale.
Plus, the union I was around only protected the deadbeats that really didn't wanna werk in the first place. It was pure heck to get rid of a werthless union employee.

Amen minner , preach on .
And how did the union werk out fer Omimova in Columbus? Them poor gewbers been on strike fer 2 years now and have done been replaced by temporary employees that are still werkin while they sittin out there on the asphalt sweatin with their big ol strike fund check. Now I'll admit I ain't too smart, but with good jobs as hard as they are to come by, I don't think I would have let some ignert gewber convince me to vote to go on strike in this economy.
Read this article. Says they want integrity. Bwahahahaha. Believe I'd rather have a job and be able to eat a buffay.
