    Default 10 lbs of Crappie

    Well not quite...
I missed the mark by a couple of ounces, only the crappie.com folks will know the real truth.

I think it turned out pretty nice. I will have to finish tweeking it out, but the bulk is finished. I will post a better pic when I get it home an in position.

That is some nice work for sure! How much for a mount like that?

I'm just now getting my biggest fish caught to date from 18 or 19 years ago mounted!I was 3 years old and landed a 2.95 lb by myself and put it in the freezer and I took it to a guy that said he could still mount it!

Are them real mounts or replicas? If that's real mounts they did a great job!

The fish are real. I got one of them done last year and had it mounted on the same piece of driftwood. It was 3 lbs 1 oz. I pulled it off and mounted it up top. The other two I caught this year a 3 lbs 6 oz and a 3 lbs 2 oz.
It cost me 200 per fish, but I found the driftwood along old #8 hwy in Grenada lake bottom.
Arnold at Stanford taxidermy mounted the fish. It was a team effort to attach the ones with the wire, but we got it.
