a couple of typos like "laps" instead of lapse and "their complains" instead of their complaints.
This sounds like a SCAM to me.

Yep, seen hundreds of them. Normally they tell you to download a fourm. Then they hit you woth a viruses or they say you "completed" the servey and all they need is your credit card number to put the "money" on.
