Sounds like I got a bad Minn Kota service rep. When I asked about my new out of the box Powerdrive with a bent shaft, they said it was damaged during shipping, even though the box was pristine. Luckily amazon stood behind their sale and sent me a new one overnight.
Good deal DD. I am going to be sweat for a change and not ask if you need WB to cone hook it up for you. HAHAHAHA
