We cook potatoes in a microwave wrapped in platic wrap and they come out just like baked potatoes. I would think there's enough moisture in an ear of corn to come out steamed too. Worth a try!Thumbs Up

I used to cook an ear of sweet corn in the microwave but can't remember the details. Shucked or not? Wrapped in damp paper towels? How long? Thanks

We rap them in a Kroger sack with the shuck on then microwave them. They turn out great.
Thanks for sharing Scott. I will have to try that

Shuched 1.5 to 2 mins on high. In shucks 3.5 to 4 mins. Silk comes off real easy that way. Quoted per the wife.
