I've used their insurance two times on phones going bad. They end up sending you a refurbished phone.

The store in Cape Girardeau, MO. Called Best Buy corporate again yesterday. No one seems to know anything about it and they want to start at square one every time I call!!!! I'm thinking it's time for legal action!!!
This is ridiculous!!! It's been going on for three months now. Maybe they give you the run around hoping you'll just give up!!!
