Dont know if yall ever peeled then sliced and fried the zuchinne but they prolly better than the yellow squash. mmmmm mmmmm good

Try this with your squash...

Grate squash, cheese, and onion. Add egg and enough corn meal (just a little) to thicken to a texture of a hushpuppy. Spoon into a skillet with a little oil. Guarantee you'll eat a pan full.Thumbs Up
