How do you guys that fish with these gnats put your minner on the hook? Through the eyes or through the lips? Fixin to order me some too.

I hook mine through the bottom lip and out the nostril. Stays in line with the hook that way.

Dont think it matters, through the eyes they wont stay on the hook as long. Pretty sure Feelay hooks em thru the eyes, wont hurt nuttin duplicating him.

I see where you make some gnats where the hook eye turns straight up and I saw some you made where they are just a regular hook eye. Can you explain the differences in the two??

not really they both work great i just wanted to do something different i personallly never seen anyone tie on a jighook and thought i would try it thats all we and a lot of other folks catch fish on both styles of hooks

also there a lot of folks tying them and they all catch fish if you put it in front of em
