    do ya'll experience a little wobble, kinda a little left-right play in the head when in rough water fishing into the wind? its about an inch or so left and right play, when the waves crash the front. thanks.

    No, any wobble means something is wrong, needs tightening. Probably the mount.

    maj, the play is just in the head, like the shaft is turning 1 inch or so left and right and turning the head with it.........the mount is solid.

    It does turn a little back and forth trying to compensate for the wind ( if there is a lot of wind) when I am using the auto-pilot feature to navigate.....this is normal.

    g, the only time it did it was in 2-3 ft. swells, when they crash in front of the boat...........seems like the shaft flexing a little from the impact..........wasnt you normal waves though, lol....we left.

    Did you have your autopilot on? If so, mine turns a bit left and right in swells trying to stay on course.

    i think i did, rip............when yours turns like that, will the motor cut on and off (the steering motor, not the prop motor). i dont think the steering motor on mine came on. thanks.
