I pull 8 off back of boat, 2 14 2 12 2 10 2 8 BnM trolling rods. I have enough seperation that the only time I tangle is in a sharp turn or a stripper.
glad I don;t get in trouble with them strippers. LOL
2 14s 2 12s and 2 7s. Not a problem so far.
Alrite next question, rod tips high or low??
I prefer em as close to the water as possible, guess its from my green carp days.
Back one the lowest, the middle pone just abit above and the front pole the highest. Just enough when it gets bit, it's not banging into the next rod back
