    Cleaned it like a three quarter grown doe, quartered it, put in kroger" paper" sacks and smoked for eight hours, Folks it does not get any better than this for eatin. Bout 60 pound sow. Ain't even going to talk about the the loins, cept you could cut it with a fork!!! Don't want all ya'll meat hogs to start eating all the wild pigs, LOL !!! PS watch them Louisana folks they know bout this but they won't talk.

    It is some fine eatin for sure, we are blessed here and dont have a problem with them.
