    Default Fish cleaning/handling gloves


    I was cleaning out an old storage shed I bought several years ago and found these.. Not real sure what they were meant to do, but they are Great for fish

    I keep a pair of those in the boat for slimefish and gar.

    I think they are meant for working with fuel/chemicals. Sure do look like they'd work for handling slimers!!!

    Not fer fuel. The cloth top eliminates that use. Prolly an early model of sheet metal glove.

    I oughta wear gloves to handle fish but dont. At my age they would probably be hard getting used to now. Glad you run across them. They can certainly come in handy in the boat or around the house.

    I have some 100% Kevlar gloves with latex palms that are good fish cleaning gloves. I'm on blood thinner, and I bleed like crazy when I cut myself, so I wear these all the time when cleaning fish.
